Chess Professionals & Teachers...
Unlike other platforms, we only support chess education & instruction...so we are always looking for chess professionals & aspiring chess professionals to take part in our Special Guest Series and/or willing to offer private lessons.
*All special Guest Lessons are recorded and made available for future study as part of our Members Library.

Things To Know
Please do not apply unless you are in good standing with the U.S.C.F. and/or FIDE. Special Guest Instructors will only be considered with a rating of 1800+.
*Special Guest Instructors may be asked to propose a topic and submit a 60 second video. The content of the video does not need to be exclusively chess play, but must be directly related to chess improvement.
If selected a Bitmoji will be required as well as a 3-5 sentence description of your topic(s) and four bullet points spelling out what participants will learn.

Founded in 2022, Islipchess.com is an informal chess club for Islip kids. We were founded after the pandemic so our kids would have other kids to play chess with. It's really that simple. In time we hope to help make chess instruction more accessible through live lectures and regular lessons with the many chess professionals we've met along the way.
